Structural and Non-Structural Demolition

Structural and non-structural describe the scope of removal rather than separate service types. Non-structural work can include partitions, finishes, fixtures, and other elements that do not carry building loads. Structural work affects load-bearing components and requires a different level of planning. We review the building, site access, adjacent property, and intended end condition to determine the appropriate approach for the project.

Commercial Cleanouts

We clear furniture, fixtures, shelving, equipment, and other unwanted contents from commercial spaces, then load and haul the material away. Cleanouts are planned around site access and the condition in which the space needs to be handed back.

Common projects

  • Office cleanouts
  • Retail and store closures
  • Warehouse cleanouts
  • Property manager turnovers
Commercial interior being cleared for its next use
Office furniture and shelving staged during a commercial cleanout

Concrete Removal

Commercial concrete removal starts with the material, access, and disposal plan. We break up and remove defined areas of flatwork and concrete so the site can move into repair, replacement, or construction.

Common projects

  • Interior and exterior slabs
  • Sidewalks and entry pads
  • Concrete footings
  • Damaged or outdated flatwork

Concrete footings removed from a work area

Selective Demolition

Selective demolition removes only the materials included in the renovation scope while protecting the surrounding structure. The work is sequenced around what stays, what goes, and how debris will leave the building.

Common projects

  • Tenant improvement preparation
  • Targeted wall and finish removal
  • Partial renovation scopes
  • Removal around retained areas
Office interior prepared for selective demolition
Interior wall stripped to its studs and insulation

Interior Demolition

Interior demolition clears selected walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, and finishes for remodels and build-outs. The focus is a controlled removal process and a clean handoff for the next trade.

Common projects

  • Office and retail interiors
  • Walls, ceilings, and flooring
  • Fixtures and built-ins
  • Renovation and build-out preparation

Site Cleaning & Debris Removal

Demolition is not finished when the material comes down. We load and haul the resulting debris, then clean the work area so the property is ready for construction, installation, or its next use.

Common projects

  • Demolition debris loading
  • Concrete and mixed-material hauling
  • Work-area cleanup
  • Preparation for the next project phase
